Simone Biles

Simone Biles is an American gymnast. Born on March 14th in 1997, Columbus Ohio U.S.A. In the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro she became the first female U.S. gymnast to win four gold medals at the same Games and she was the first gymnast to win three consecutive world all-around titles (2013-15). Biles was raised at home in Spring Texas, in the Houston metropolitan region. Her sister Adria had been adopted by Ronald Biles and Nellie Biles. Simone first became interested in gymnastics when she was six. Coach Aimee Borman accompanied Biles to Bannon's Gymnastix which was where they went to a field trip. Biles achieved a medal of gold in the floor exercise as well as a bronze in vault during the women's Junior Olympic National Championships in 2010. Then she re-entered the elite competing in 2011. Less than two years later she was the most dominant athlete in the field. Biles was recognized for her consistent performance, enthusiasm and the difficult routines she performed at all four events: vault floor exercise with uneven bars.

Bella Poarch's natural Filipino parents had her in the Philippines, on February 9 in 1997. Her adoption took place at the age of three by her grandmother who lived in slums. Her adoptive father, a Philippine-American from a military background, was white, and American.
