Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! My name is Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her incredible husband JP in Orange County California. Henry is a happy and go-lucky dad. My followers are mostly on my Instagram account @annephung. Here I tell my story-the highs, the lows and everything in-between. It was 1990 that my family moved to America. When I was of 1 and 1/4, I joined my parents. When I realized that I had the potential to have a brighter future I set out to be successful and do my parents happy. In my mind, I had a plan to live my life. Attend college, and then graduate. Wed. Purchase a home. Get kids. I thought that was the ultimate definition of success. life had other plans to show me what it meant to be successful. Money and the prestige of my position didn't make me feel happy. I felt as if I was wasting my life to earn the opportunity to earn a salary. The passion I have for fitness as well as my passion for socializing with others led me to find my new calling as an instructor. The business I started was in 2014, and I'll be celebrating my 7th year of business success in 2021. It's rare to meet an Asian female in the business. To be a leader in my industry and to offer quality coaching, to help others live an improved and happier life by establishing a life that is tailored to their specific needs and targets. Additionally, I want to encourage people to pursue their desires and accomplish whatever they would like to in life. When I began my professional job, the passing of my mother was the biggest loss to me. In Heaven she now rests after an 8-year battle against Scleroderma. However, I carry the memory of her daily. The lessons of life can be hidden from us, but they can be extremely beneficial. My mother's death changed me so much and I believe she gave me a second chance in life. The day she died was Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. The time was right for her to transition into her new chapter, and for me to have the chance to live an authentic and satisfying life. At the age of 30 I am awestruck by the feeling that I am alive and living. I'm not feeling that I'm just another number. As I tell my story, I hope that my story will be a source of inspiration for you. It is my wish that my words can help you realize that you're never truly alone. That you have the capacity to succeed in anything that your heart desires. Since death is the only thing there is in this world I wish you a great time in living your life to the fullest and leave without regrets.
